Who is behind RAF Advisory
Petr began his career in real estate in 2008, joining Cushman & Wakefield’s retail leasing team. There, he focused on leasing premium shopping centers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, working with clients like ING Real Estate Investment Management, Hannover Leasing, Inter IKEA and others.
After three years at C&W, Petr moved to the client side and spent the next eight years working as a business development manager for Naturhouse, where he was responsible for the entire expansion process, securing new franchise partners and managing the portfolio of 140 stores across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
In 2020, Petr founded RAF Advisory, a boutique real estate agency specializing in retail leasing and portfolio management consultancy.
Petr began his career in real estate in 2008, joining Cushman & Wakefield’s retail leasing team. There, he focused on leasing premium shopping centers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, working with clients like ING Real Estate Investment Management, Hannover Leasing, Inter IKEA and others.
After three years at C&W, Petr moved to the client side and spent the next eight years working as a business development manager for Naturhouse, where he was responsible for the entire expansion process, securing new franchise partners and managing the portfolio of 140 stores across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Tomáš has been working in commercial real estate for more than 25 years and during this time he has gained extensive experience in facility management, property management, investment markets and finally, above all, in retail leasing, which has become his favourite discipline.
He began his retail leasing journey at Reflecta Development as a leasing manager. In 2013, he joined Cushman & Wakefield, where he represented both retail tenants and landlords of prime high-street locations. During his tenure at C&W, he successfully closed numerous deals and earned a reputation as a respected leasing professional.
In 2021, Tomáš joined RAF Advisory as an Equity Partner. He primarily focuses on high-street leasing but also represents select clients on the occupier side.

Jan began his career in commercial real estate immediately after college, joining Cushman & Wakefield as a consultant focused on leasing high-street stores in Prague, Brno, and other Czech cities.
During his nearly 18-year career with C&W, as a Partner, he was responsible for the operation and development of the company’s Highstreet Retail Leasing team, later also of the Retail Tenant Representation Team for the whole Central and Eastern Europe. Jan has also unique experience in leasing specific outlet projects.
During his tenure at C&W, Jan became one of the most respected professionals in the industry and joins the RAF Advisory team in late 2024 as an Equity Partner to support the company’s continued growth.
