Smarty CZ / SK

The whole story began with the acquisition of the traditional Czech (and Slovak) brand for gaming geeks JRC (Brloh in Slovakia) and the hope of its continuation. The Smarty CZ a.s. team have done a huge amount of work and created a completely new concept of stores, a combination of gaming and telco range and at the same time another pillar for their own eshop Smarty.cz. We are very appreciative of the fact that we could be there from the beginning and help the Smarty team to open dozens of unique stores. We acquired the best locations for Smarty in the best projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, negotiated the most favorable commercial conditions, and helped with negotiating lease agreements and coordinating the construction of the stores.
